REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE

Here, performance reviews aren't something that happen once a year but rather are ongoing, substantial conversations between you and your manager about how you're doing and where you want to go professionally. With your manager's help, you establish measurable objectives and draw out a detailed strategy for acquiring the knowledge and expertise you'll need to achieve them. We offer a variety of resources and recommendations to assist make these discussions easier.

In addition to traditional manager reviews, we also provide numerous channels via which staff members can actively participate in their own professional growth by soliciting input from those most qualified to provide it: their colleagues, superiors, clients, and subordinates.
